1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using Verify Nex, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Verify Nex provides API-based verification services (e.g., PAN, Aadhar, GST). We act as an intermediary to fetch data from official sources. We do not own the data and cannot guarantee 100% uptime of third-party government servers.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

Use the APIs only for lawful purposes.
Obtain necessary consent from individuals before verifying their data (e.g., Aadhar, PAN).
Not use the service for any illegal activities, fraud, or identity theft.
Maintain the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials.

4. Misuse & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we detect:

Abusive API usage (e.g., DDoS attacks, scraping).
Use of the API for illegal purposes.
Non-payment of dues.

5. Limitation of Liability

Verify Nex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service call in question.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
